Tips for Successful
Affiliate marketing can be an excellent resource for income. Whether it is part-time with a supplemental income or full-time with a large income flow is entirely your choice. It all depends on the time and effort you intend to commit as goes with any other business.
The following are a few tips to increase the effectiveness of your marketing. Writing articles with worthwhile informational content is an excellent strategy for successful marketing. Make sure that your article contains useful information that targets your audience and doesn't sound like a sales copy or add.
One very important tip to remember is that as an affiliate it is not your job to sell. The only job you have is to pre-sell. Once you've done your job correctly and "get the click" then it's the merchant's job to close the deal.
Last but certainly not least, another important tip is to Know Your Product. If you know everything there is to know about it then it's much easier to inform your readers of how it can work for them or why they should buy the product.
So, therefore, if it's in your budget you should buy it before you pre-sell it.

NEXT AVATAR FOR KAMAL MARMAYOGI

Marmayogi locations :
Kamal’s Dasavatharam has lived up to its hype and the film has already been declared a blockbuster. The thorough professional that he is, Kamal is reported to have already commenced work on his next project Marmayogi. The project is touted to be a period one and the latest buzz from Kamal’s camp is that majority of Marmayogi will be shot at Ramoji Rao Film City at Hyderabad. Though there are rumors which suggest that the official launch may be held on the 13th of July, there are also talks which point to the direct commencement of shooting without the same. Script is ready and Kamal will be handling story, screenplay and direction. The cast is not yet finalized except for a small hint which was thrown during Dasavatharam audio launch that Hema Malini may be featured with shades of grey. Keep visiting this site for more information.
All about Kamal's next project :
Exactly one month after the release of his magnum opus Dasavatharam (June 13th 2008), Kamal Haasan will start working on his next project Marmayogi on July 13, 2008. This film's inaugural pooja will be held at the Grand Hotel in Mumbai. As like Dasavatharam, Marmayogi will also be made in Hindi, Tamil and Telugu simultaneously. Sources close to Kamal say that Marmayogi will be made on a stupefying budget of Rs. 120 crores and the actor will produce the film on a first copy basis for production major Pyramid Saimira. It is believed that Pyramid Saimira was in the race to procure the all India distribution rights of Dasavatharam but could only obtain the rights for Coimbatore area. Perhaps Marmayogi will soothe the ruffled feathers of Pryramid Saimira! The latest update on Kamal Hassan's yet to be launched big budget movie Marmayogi is Bollywood Superstar Amitabh Bachchan's acceptance to do a meaty role in this movie. It has been confirmed that Marmayogi will have veteran Bollywood actress Hema Malini playing a prominent role. Now Kamal Hassan is trying to rope in the legendary actor for an interesting role. It can be recalled that plans were on to rope in the Big B for the Rajini starrer Shivaji. However he declined the offer. But he always disclosed his wish to play a full length Tamil film at once in his life. According to sources, Amitabh is yet to react for Kamal's offer but the latter is very much hopeful in getting his dates. hough the producers of Marmayogi, Pyramid Saimira not in the mood to spend lavishly on the launch of Marmayogi, Kamal Hassan, the actor cum director of the film, is firm in his stand to launch the movie in Mumbai in grand manner. According to the sources, the actor gave a budget of Rs. 1 crore for the launch, including the screening of a sneak trailer on the film's cast and crew. Kamal assured the producers that he would take care of the expenses. Kamal has already signed a contract with the production house to make the film on first copy basis with the budget of Rs.80 crores. Now the company is confused whether the actor would include the film launch cost in the budget or charged separately. Sources say that the actor has already received the cheque for Rs.5 crores as advance last week and the balance amount would be disbursed by the company stage by stage after the launch. Kamal planned to visit some of the African locations including Ethiopia to give different colour to this historical film. Generally, film directors and big actors take a break after completing a film. But actor Kamal Hassan is an exception to all these kinds of routine things. After completing his 2 years hectic schedule for Dasavatharam, it seems that the actor starts his work for his next grandeur Marmayogi, jointly produced by Walt Disney. The pre-production work for Marmayogi is now going on in full swing and now the actor is finalizing the suitable stars for the main roles. According to Kamal's earlier interviews, Hema Malini will play the lead role along with Kamal after nearly 10 long years (she played cameo role in Kamal's Hey Ram, which got released in 1999). The other actress, who is going to share the screen with Hema Malini is Actress Kajol and this is the second time that Kamal Hassan is approaching Kajol. He had earlier asked the actress to play as his wife in Chachi-420, the remake of his Tamil blockbuster Avvai Shanmugi. That time she had rejected the offer due to her hectic shooting schedule in Hindi. But now the actress sent positive signals to Kamal to play as his sweet heart in this multilingual cum multi-million-budget project. Hema Malini, the yesteryear dream girl of Bollywood is coming back to Tamil film industry with Kamal Hassan. The Chennai born Tamil actress, known as the numero uno in Indian film industry in the seventies, has appeared in few Tamil films in the past. She played the cameo role in Kamal's Hey Ram, few years back. Now Kamal approached Hema to do the lead role in his yet to be launched big venture Marmayogi, which is the title of the Blockbuster of evergreen Tamil superstar MGR. According to the script, Hema is one of the heroines in the film! After going through the script of Marmayogi written by Kamal, Hema has accepted the offer even without asking her payment and call sheet duration. Directed by Kamal Hassan, the film will have leading stars including few of yesteryear superstars in cameo roles. Kamal plans for a big launch of the movie in January 2008. Directed by KS Ravikumar and produced by V Ravichandran under the banner of Aaskar Films International, Dasavatharam with Padma Shri Kamal Hassan playing 10 different roles was released simultaneously in Telugu and Tamil languages and was running successfully. After this film, Kamal Hassan is planning to direct and produce a film on his own in which he is again playing the hero. The film, titled Marmayogi, has the story that dates back to 17th Century. Kamal Hassan has decided to launch the shooting of the film in Hyderabad during August. The film has Bollywood stalwarts like Hema Malini and Kajol in key roles. Kamal Hassan will start his next historical action thriller Marmayogi with the collaboration of Walt Disney by the third week of February. Bharath Bala is the co producer for this mega venture. At present, the actor is busy in the post production cum CG work of his much expected Dasavatharam directed by KS Ravikumar. All work is expected to complete by the end of March and the audio launch of the film also will be held in the same month. Meanwhile, sources close to Kamal say that the actor wanted to start the work of his next movie Marmayogi, before the audio launch of Dasavatharam. Directed by Kamal himself, the film was initially planned for Bharath Bala's banner. But later Walt Disney, the legendary Hollywood film production house, which is already stepped in to India (collaborating with Yash Raj Films on Roadside Romeo) has shown interest in a joint venture with Kamal Hassan. Very recently Kamal made a trip to Thailand to find out suitable locations for Marmayogi. The shooting for the film begins by the third week of February. Following that, he has gone to the US for more pre-production work. He is also going to talk Walt Disney. There are three heroines in the script and the actor already has signed with Hema Malini and Asin. He is searching a suitable face for the third lead. AR Rehman scores the music for Marmayogi. Apart from this Kamal requested the maestro to do the background music for Dasavatharam and the same has also beem accepted by Rehman. Regarding this project, Kamal said: "I am immersed in my next film, Marmayogi, a bilingual period film in Hindi and Tamil, set in the seventh century. It will be the biggest film made in Tamil and it is being scripted and directed by me" Shriya in Marmayogi? Although her Sivaji stardom couldn’t be sustained after the release of her subsequent box office duds, Shriya seems to be still in demand. She just finished working for Ashok Amirthraj’s crossover Hollywood movie and has Vikram’s Kanthasamy and K S R’s film to her credit in Tamil. To top it all, there are rumors in Kodambakkam that she is likely to be a part of Kamal’s ambitious venture Marmayogi. A few tabloids even mentioned that Shriya would make an official announcement in this regard. However, when contacted by a Behindwoods correspondent, the actor’s publicist stated that nothing has been confirmed in this regard. More updates awaited.

An interesting trivia about the film- It is a general practice of Aascar Ravichandran to make a trip to the holy Thirumala Hills with the film roll just before its release. But this time, he has changed the venue to Srirangam Ranganathaswamy temple.
The comedian in Dasavatharam
With the release date drawing closer, Dasavatharam fodder is sneaking into the media more frequently than ever. Latest in the scoop is that Kamal’s comedian act as Poovaraghan, one of the ten characters, will be the highlight of the movie. Sources, who are blessed with the sneak peek of the movie, swear that Poovaraghan Kamal is sure to make fans laugh their lungs out.
Besides, in a never before sequence in Indian cinema, the car chasing featured in the movie will have Five Kamals inside a single car.
Last heard, the Kamal multi-starrer will hit the screens on Friday the June 13th.
Kamal’s lofty ambitions .
The audio release function of Kodaikanal, a film directed by Bose was held recently in Chennai. Padmashri Kamal Hassan graced the event and spoke on the occasion. He was touched by the recent comment of director Bharathi Raja who is reported to have been amazed by Kamal. While offering his thanks to the veteran, Kamal said, “We have a mutual admiration of each other’s work. Our association began during 16 vayadhinile where we trusted each other’s intelligence and continued our work.”
While discussing about the response that he has been receiving for Dasavatharam Kamal stated, “I am deeply moved by the accolades that have been showered upon me. People say that the film is fit enough to receive Oscars but I am waiting for the day when our awards would reach a level where foreigners would be working hard to get them.”
The event was attended by Bharathi Raja, Rama Narayanan, music director Deva, DGP Vaikunth and producer Rajendran. The event was compered by actress Nithya.
Dasavatharam Chennai Reservation status .
Finally we have a confirmed date for the movie’s release: June 13th. There will be nearly 120 shows in Chennai alone. Mayajaal in Chennai will put on as many as 45 shows. Box office reservation begins from the 8th – something new in ticket reservation that usually opens for advance booking three days before release.
The first week is likely to be block booked by Kamal’s fans. The second week by those who admire the actor greatly. The third week by those curious to see what the fuss is all about. Box office pundits say that by Dasavatharam’s 25th day of running, it would have made back its money and shown profits.
In
At the Chennai Inox, special shows of Dasavatharam have been planned by corporate houses such as HCL and Citibank. They had done the same when Sivaji; The Boss was released.
Aascar hands over a print to Kamal
Dasavatharam, even before its release seems to be the toast of the town these days. Some kind of news about this Magnum Opus of Kamal is keeping the print and visual media busy. This film is going to be the omnipotent and omnipresent element from the 13th as the city is going to be bathed in it with 100 plus shows. As the count down begins,
Kamal’s fans are waiting with bated breadth for the release of their icon’s film which can certainly be billed as the most anticipated film of the year.
Meanwhile Kamal has reportedly met the current and former Chief Ministers of Tamil Nadu to request them to view the film. To facilitate his mission, Producer Aascar Ravichandran has given him one print of the film to be screened for his guests. Readers can recall that Kalignar has been showing keen interest in this film ever since its launch and would be watching the film at a convenient date.
“I am being ignored by Dasavatharam director”
Napoleon, the tall and handsome Kollywood actor is a multifaceted personality. Apart from proving his skills as a seasoned artist in Tamil films, he is also a devout worker for DMK and is also the founder director of Jeevan Technologies, a software firm in the city. He added one more feather to his cap by starting an educational centre called Jeevan
IT academy which would impart IT training and would conduct personality grooming sessions for candidates.
Napoleon had donned an important role in Kamal’s Dasavatharam and Chief Minister Karunanidhi is reported to have showered appreciation on his performance. All the same he was conspicuous by his absence on the day when the movie was screened to chief minister and a select group of people.
When the reason was quizzed, the actor seemed to be visibly upset over the producer and had this to say, “I had helped the film in many ways. Till date, no shooting had taken place in Arivalayam and it was I who had gotten the unit the permission to shoot there. But my name was never mentioned in the audio release function.” He further added that despite airing his grouse with the PRO and producer, director Ravi Kumar is yet to speak to him. Although he was invited for the special screening, he did not go as he is still upset. He feels that he is being ignored by K S Ravikumar.
Kamal’s Dasavatharam is slated for release on June 6th, so is the Amithabh family starrer Sarkar Raj. Well, we have reason to call it the Big B family movie. The movie has Amitabh Bachan, Abhishekh Bachan, and Aishwarya Rai in the cast – that is more than half of the family. There is more than just that that meets the eye in the two releases. Here is how.
The Amitabh – Abishekh – Priety starrer Jhoom Barabara Jhoom was released on June 15th last year, the same day as Sivaji was released all over. Despite discontented murmurs from the multiplex owners, Yash Raj films decided to release the film on the same day. The rest, as they say, is history.
Although Sarkar Raj has a mega star cast and a smash hit first part (Sarkar) to its credit, only time will decide if it can stand the test of (Dasavatharam) time.
Dasavatharam rates slashed.
Dasavatharam, the magnum opus of Kamal Haasan is all set to hit the theatres on the 6th of June. The film is getting released simultaneously in Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Hindi. Producer Aascar (formerly Oscar) Ravichandran is in a buoyant spirit. At the initial stage one thousand prints are getting released and as a means to draw more crowds and generate good business at the C centres, a hefty amount has been reduced there. This strategy has been viewed as a positive trend by the trade pundits.
While discussing about the film Ravichandran states, “The duration of the film is for three hours and the film has been shot in eight overseas locations which includes
On 30th May, a special screening has been scheduled for honorable Chief Minister Karunanidhi who is said to have expressed his desire to view this film. On Kamal’s ten avatars, Ravichandran says that around twenty days have been utilized to shoot the portion of every single avatar of Kamal.
Dasavatharam's judgment day
The case against Dasavatharam reached the final stage yesterday (27th May, 2008). After hearing the arguments of both the petitioner and the respondents Justices M. Sathyanarayanan and K. Venkatraman posted the case for judgment on 29th May. The petitioner's allegation that Dasavatharam hurts the sentiments of Vaishnavites was refuted by the Censor Board, the producer and the director, as it was based on imagination. It may be recalled that Govind Ramanujadasar, President of the International Sri Vaishanava Dharam Samrakshana filed a petition in the High Court alleging that scenes showing Kamal stamping on the Om Mantra and Bagavad Gita should be deleted. He also alleged that the Central Censor Board must withdraw the certificate given to the film. However, the Censor Board, which happens to be one of the respondents, contended that it is not necessary to withdraw the certificate, as there were no such scenes in the film. Meanwhile Santha Chidambaram of Kalyana Suba Samiti also filed a petition in the High Court alleging that Dasavatharam has twisted the historical events. On hearing all the parties to the suit, the

Dasavatharam has been attaining dizzying heights with news about it reaching far and wide. But this overt publicity seems to have dampened the spirits of producer Ravichandran in the form of a notice from
Dasavatharam cleared of allegations!
In what could be termed as a breather for the crew of the multi-Kamal-starrer Dasavatharam, the panel of judges that heard the allegations released their judgment this evening favoring the movie. Justices M. Sathyanarayanan and K. Venkatraman observed that there were no reason to raise panic about the movie’s content and no parts in the movie featured anything that would hurt the sentiments of Hindus.
The judgment would bring an end to the numerous Public Litigation Petitions filed against Dasavatharam after rumors surfaced that there are scenes of Kamal stamping on the Om Mantra and Bagavad Gita in the movie. However, the Censor Board that viewed the movie for certification recently did not observe anything controversial either.
Sources close to the producer reveal that a whopping Rs.5 crores has been spent until now in terms of expenses towards trials.
It is learnt that Dasavatharam will hit the screens on June 12th in place of the earlier announced date of June 6th.
After Chandramukhi, Dasavatharam…
Technical marvel in Kollywood is on the assent and the industry is willing to experiment with many new ideas and techniques. Computer Graphics has been widely used by many films these days and there are many companies offering state-of-art services to films. One of the leading CG providing companies is Land Marvel Animation who had proved their caliber in films like Chandramukhi, Mazhai, Sivakasi, Anniyan and the latest one is Dasavatharam. The Tsunami scene in the film is being appreciated by everyone and the credit goes to Land Marvel Animation. Now one more feather is added to their cap when they have got an assignment of being involved in a

“He is the master actor, director, poet and visionary”, said director K.S Ravikumar of Kamal Haasan at a media meet in
Ten Avatars. How do you feel? I immediately said: Wonderful”.
Ravikumar reminisced about how demanding it all was: “I spent many a sleepless night. Throughout the day, I would be shooting. When the night comes, tension would grip me. My mind would be full with the thoughts for the next day shoot. The execution of 10 Avatars is not a joke. It was Kamal Hassan who guided me everyday. Be it, makeup, laughter, smile, anger, stunts, dialogues, screenplay and direction. He perfectly brought to play ten different mindsets and body languages.”
Dasavatharam Collections world wide.
The performance of Dasavatharam is very impressive not only in the domestic market but also in the overseas segment. As per the Malaysian Box office collections report for the period June 12 to 15, the films stands in second position having grossed $601,307, being screened at 58 theatres. At the first position is ‘The Incredible Hulk’.

Rajini to feature in Bengali remake?
Dance master Raghuram in filmdom is known for his swift and graceful dance movements. Now he has revealed his acting talent in Kamal’s Dasavatharam. The man who made many a senior actor dance to his tune has himself danced perfectly to the tune of director Ravikumar. He was featured as Appa Rao, an assistant to Balram Naidu Kamal in Dasavatharam and his performance has been appreciated by everyone.
To a poser on his future projects, Raghuram reveals that he is doing an important role in Aanandha Thandavam for which he will be traveling to the
Kajol to be Kamal’s next heroine?
Is the beard that Kamal is growing for his character in Marma Yogi? It’s quite possible. We’ve already reported that this next blockbuster venture will feature Hema Malini as its villain (and what a luscious villain too) and will be produced in association with Walt Disney.
Now some reliable sources in Koddambakam tell us that Kajol could be Marma Yogi’s heroine! If this is true, then this will be the first time Kajol and Kamal will pair up. Let’s keep our fingers crossed that this happens.
Kamal says there is no story in Dasavatharam .
Kamal Haasan on a recent visit to Kerala to promote his Dasavatharam had some interesting and blunt questions to answer. The actor was thrown a volley of questions and most prominent among them was: "Do you agree that Dasavatharam has no story?" Reacting to this, Kamal said that he did agree with that but also reiterated that he never promised that there would be a strong storline. .
Disclosing how Dasavatharam came into making, Kamal Haasan said that it was his idea to don ten roles that set the whole project in motion. The story was weaved on these ten characters, he added.
On the Punjabi Singh character that gets cured of cancer miraculously by a gunshot, Kamal said this idea was inspired from a real-life incident involving the Late Tamil Nadu Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu M.G. Ramachandran. Explaining further, Kamal said that the TN CM acted in films and was able to talk even better after the gunshot wound.
Well, will these explanations keep the critics at bay?
In less than a week of trade analysis that presented a totally different picture – of Dasavatharam's collections struggling to reach the earlier released Sivaji's in the overseas market – this week reports suggest that Dasavatharam has outperformed Sivaji by a whopping $ 7,947,960.
By the end of second the week in the international market (excluding
Third weekend results are awaited.
Distributors who hold the overseas rights are evidently kicked about the results and are excited about future prospects that look optimistic too.
DASAVATHARAM STORY

first reaction of any normal film buff who watches Kamal Haasan's Tamil
magnum opus, Dasavathaaram . The film is certain to thrill and
entertain the audience for all of its 165 minutes, making them feel
that they are watching something unusual and spectacular on screen.
The film starts off with
an incident that occurs in the 12th century when Shaivite intolerance
against Vaishnavites was at its peak. An ardent Vishnu devotee loses
his life to save the idol of Lord Ranganatha. Kamal plays his first
role of Vishnu devotee Rangarajan in this episode which is marked by
excellent technical work and the actor's extraordinary performance.
From here, the film goes
to a time when the whole world is on the brink of a biological warfare
waged by terrorists. Actively opposing them is the American president
who urges the rest of the world to combat this evil.
Meanwhile, a computer chip
containing a vicious biological material goes missing from a laboratory
in the United States. An in-house scientist Govinda (again played by
Kamal Hassan ) who is aware of the dangers of the material launches a
hunt for the missing material, which takes him to India.
In the course of the hunt for the missing chip, Kamal takes on eight more characters and travels to many continents.
The film is a scientific
thriller par excellence and it is certain that Kamal has excelled in
his eleventh role of the story and script writer. It is difficult to
imagine that any normal script writer can think of weaving such a
fantastic subject that mixes intelligence with commercial ingredients.
It requires an extraordinary intelligent mind to write the sequences
some of which are food for thought to the intellectuals as well as
ordinary people. Perhaps this is the best script of Kamal Hassan till
date. Throughout the film, the writer, an atheist questions the
existence of God.
Now comes the challenging
part -- picking Kamal's best role out of his ten. Will it be Annachi or
Padikkadha Medhai, who fights against the Sand Mafia? Or will it be the
investigative officer Naidu? Better yet, will it be the 100-year old
woman Krishnaveni, who still yearns the return of her son? But what
about the Punjabi pop singer Avatar Singh or for that matter the former
CIA agent, Fletcher? Will it be President George Bush or the lanky
Afghan merchant? You get the point. So excellent is the make-up and
voice modulation that picking any one character is difficult.
Though Kamal had performed
many roles that were similar to the roles of 12th century priest,
Rangarajan and scientist Govinda, you still see some novelty in
Dasavathaaram.
It is very difficult to
single out the best sequence of the film, yet the tsunami episode is
perhaps the outstanding presentation mainly because of the top class
visuals backed by a superb background effort.
It is not necessary to say
how great an actor Kamal Haasan is but one thing has to be said; no
other actor would have dared to take on these varied roles. And hats
off to him.
As for the heroine, Asin,
she has improved since her debut. In a way, Dasavathaaram is an
extension of her excellent performance in Ghajini. All the other
artists have also performed very well.
K.S. Ravi Kumar should
also be complimented for his handling of such a complicated but
challenging subject. This may well go down in the history of Indian
cinema as a unique experiment in the commercial circuit. He has taken
the best out of his artists and technicians.
Only Himesh Reshammiya
fails him. Except for Ulaganayagane and the Bhangra song, the rest are
nothing to write home about. However, background music by Devi
Sriprasad is excellent.
So is the camera work by Ravi Varman. The special effects and stunt choreography are of international standards.
All in all, Dasavathaaram is an extraordinary effort.
Rajini visits Kamal on Dasavatharam sets
Kamal Hassan Another clash of the Titans happened when Rajini visited fellow actor and legend Kamal Hassan on the sets of his new film Dasavatharam. The film's shooting is in its final stage. The film has the acclaimed actor in 10 different getups through out the film. One of the actor's getups is US President George Bush. He appears in this get up towards the end of the film.
In keeping with his secrecy mantra that he has towards the film, he specifically instructed not to let out any of the photographs of the film. The actor said that he starts putting make up for the film at 3:30 AM and finishes after 3 and a half hours by 7:00 PM. Every three hours the make up should be remade to make sure that it stays on his face.
After getting to know of this getup of his, Rajini rushed to the shooting location at MGR Film City in Taramani. The set was a replica of the White House in New York. He was very impressed with the sets of the film. Upon hearing that Rajini was on the set, Kamal Hassan rushed out from his makeup room and greeted the star.
The film director KS Ravikumar and producer V Ravichandran welcomed the star along with Kamal. Both the actors spent an hour together. Rajini gave Kamal a few pointers, which he was very appreciative of. Rajini said, "I am sure that Kamal's career will reach a new high after the release of Dasavatharam. His efforts towards the success of the film will surely make it a blockbuster."
In the universe of Tamil cinema, there are two stars or shall we say superstars! Superstar Rajinikanth and universal hero Kamal Haasan. Now when Dasavathaaram has released, the success of Sivaji will be a benchmark.
Well-known actor-director Bhagyaraj says it is wrong to compare Kamal with Rajini because both are as different as chalk and cheese. “Kamal is more creative. He tries different kinds of characters and roles. But Rajini does not experiment much,” says Bhagyaraj.
Director K S Ravikumar, who has delivered two superhits with Rajinikanth and three with Kamal Haasan, says Kamal is for the classes while Rajini is more a mass hero. “Even the class comes to me because he needs some commercial aspects in the film. And the mass comes so that I can add some classic commercial aspects to the film,” said K S Ravikumar, Director, Dasavathaaram.
Rajini and Kamal acted in several superhit films together in the 70s and the 80s. In most of them, Kamal would be the hero and Rajini the stylish villain. Three decades later, the duel is still on. Source: ndtvmovies.com
Dasavatharam :Dasavatharam, which is still a week old, is booming well as days pass by. Some sources also say that this film has lived to the people’s expectations and is so loved to such an extent. The world wide collections speak the fact that Kamal is now a world renowned hero.
The Malaysia’s film collections which were accessed yesterday and they disclose that this film has bagged the second position in the Malaysia film industry and is standing in second position of the film industry. With the film grossing almost $600,468 from 54 screening theaters this film is just behind the Hollywood film “The incredible Hulk”.
The United Kingdom collections reports reveal that this film has till date fetched almost $278,389 and is in 11th position on the UK top ten. Sarkar Raj is being pushed by Dasavatharam to 17 positions.
The United States collections reveal that this film grossed almost $478,425 and has been placed at 13th position. But even more delightful, news is that still this movie is running full for almost 6 days and till 25th of this month the theatre shows has become full.
The Indian collections are yet to be fetched and may be available in two days.
Great going Kamal and your Dasavatharam.
These days, Kamal is looking very happy. There are two reasons for his happiness. The first one is the collections of Dasavatharam. Though the film received mixed reviews in many corners, the urban viewers still support the film and the producer has already reached the safety point in recovering his investment. Reports say that the Telugu version of Dasavatharam is also doing fair business in the Telugu Box Office.
The second reason is, Kamal got enough investment to test his next novel project after Dasavatharam. It is Marmayogi, a historical film scripted and directed by Kamal himself. Pyramid Saimira has agreed to invest Rs.100 crores on this project and Kamal will make this film on first copy basis.
The launch ceremony will be held in Mumbai Grand Hotel on July 13 amidst Bollywood's top artistes and filmmakers, as revealed by one of Kamal's close associates. Hema Malini is going to play one of Kamal's heroines in this film and the other one is probably Kajol. AR Rehman is signed as the composer for this magnum opus
